About the role
HillView Care Ashmore is currently seeking Part-Time Enrolled Nurse (Medication Endorsed) to join our friendly and dedicated clinical team.
What you’ll do
- Assist the Registered Nurse with resident assessments and care plans
- Medication administration
- Assist in the delivery of nursing care to residents
- Assist with GP rounds
- Assist, guide and support Assistance in Nursing staff (AINs)
- Implement personalised care plans to meet each resident’s needs
- Accurately document and report information relevant to residents’ care and wellbeing
- To undertake procedures within the scope of knowledge and ability
- Deliver holistic, person-centred care in a close-knit, compassionate environment
What we’re looking for
- Experience in wound management, medication administration, continence care, and/or palliative care
- Ability to provide high level nursing care within the Endorsed “Enrolled Nurse Scope of Practice”
- Ability to collect clinical assessment data, problem-solve, and make informed decisions
- Proficiency with technology relevant to care delivery
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively in a small, regulated, and highly supportive environment
- Understanding of and commitment to Workplace Health and Safety principles
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Minimum of 2 years aged care experience
- Medication Endorsement
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Ability to complete a police check
- 2025 flu vaccination and COVID vaccination evidence (preferred)

As a Cleaning Assistant, you’ll be the magic behind keeping our homes sparkling and our residents comfortable. From cleaning resident rooms to common areas, your role is crucial in ensuring HillView Care is a place of warmth, care, and hygiene. Every task you do will directly contribute to creating a safe, welcoming environment for our residents.
What you’ll do
- Clean and tidy resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and more
- Ensure all cleaning meets HillView Care’s high standards
- Follow infection control procedures, such as using prescribed and appropriate cleaning agents and personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of infections
- Play a key part in creating a warm and welcoming space for our residents to call home
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a similar role (but we’re happy to train the right person!)
- Flexibility to work across both Ashmore and Merrimac locations
- Strong communication skills – Friendly and effective
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- A team player who’s adaptable to change
- Australian Residency or Citizenship (required)
- Willingness to obtain a police clearance certificate

What We’re Looking For
- Certificate III in Aged Care (or higher)
- 12 month’s experience working as an AIN within Aged Care, including experience with dementia residents
- Availability to work nights
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Adaptable to change and enjoys working in a team environment
- A genuine desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others
- Have permanent Australian Residency or Citizenship
- All applicants must be willing to obtain a police clearance certificate

About the Role
HillView Care is currently seeking Casual Catering Attendants to join our friendly and dedicated catering team. You’ll be assisting in all aspects of meal service and kitchen operations — helping to create a welcoming, home-like dining experience for our residents.
This is a casual role for a regular afternoon (14:00-19:00) shift. You may be offered shifts at short notice, so being adaptable is key.
Key Responsibilities
- Serving Meals: Deliver meals to residents, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met
- Dining Room Setup: Prepare the dining area before meal times with cutlery, crockery, and table settings
- Dishwashing & Cleaning: Keep the kitchen and dining area clean and hygienic; wash dishes and sanitize equipment
- Customer Service: Engage with residents in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner during meal times
Requirements
- Current National Police Check (mandatory for employment)
- Previous experience in a kitchen or aged care setting (preferred but not essential)
- Availability for on-call shifts, including same-day call-ins
- Own reliable transport
- Ability to provide two work-related referees
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Passion for customer service and resident care

- A certificate in Food Safety is highly regarded
