Are you an APHRA Registered Nurse with a positive caring attitude and experience working in aged care?
HillView Aged Care is a provider of boutique Residential Aged Care services in Ashmore and Merrimac, Gold Coast Queensland. HillView Care began its journey as an aged care provider with the opening of our 40-bed residence in Ashmore in 1997. Then in 2006, our 134-bed, architecturally designed multi-level residence in Merrimac opened its doors.
HillView Care’s goal is to ensure residents receive care with the utmost respect and compassion in a comfortable home away from home environment that is friendly and personalised.
We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate Registered Nurses who can work across both of our Gold Coast residences on a part-time and casual basis. We have a variety of morning, afternoon and night shifts available.
The position requires a caring attitude and previous experience working in aged care. You will have experience supervising other Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Care staff in addition to working collaboratively with the Clinical Management team.

You will provide safe, effective, quality and tailored care to our residents, which is consistent with HillView Care’s mission. This will include but not be limited to: assisting residents with showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, communication, eating, and mobility in accordance with the resident’s nursing care plan.
Our ideal candidates will demonstrate the following:-
• Certificate III in Aged Care (or higher)
• 12 month’s experience working as an AIN within Aged Care, including experience with dementia residents
• Flexible to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Adaptable to change and enjoys working in a team environment
• Have permanent Australian Residency or Citizenship
• All applicants must be willing to obtain a police clearance certificate

HillView Premium Aged Care is a boutique Residential Aged Care provider located in Ashmore and Merrimac on the Gold Coast. We cater for residents with low, high and dementia specific care needs.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, positive and caring Lifestyle Assistant to join our team. The successful applicant will work casual or permanent hours from Monday – Friday, and will be responsible for creating and carrying out the activities program within the unit, in conjunction with the Lifestyle Coordinator, Marketing Manager and Care Manager. Previous experience performing diversional activities for residents living with dementia are essential.
