HillView Aged Care on the Gold Coast is seeking enthusiastic Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to join our night shift team. This part-time role offers an opportunity to provide essential care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the night. Your Role:

As a Night Shift AIN, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and comfort of residents while they rest. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with personal care and overnight routines

• Conducting regular well-being checks and responding promptly to residents’ needs

• Supporting residents with mobility and repositioning to promote comfort and prevent pressure injuries

• Ensuring a calm, safe, and restful environment throughout the night

• Completing accurate documentation and reporting any changes in residents’ conditions

• Assisting with early morning routines and preparing residents for the day ahead

What We’re Looking For:

• A relevant qualification in aged care or a related field (or working towards one)

• Experience in aged care or healthcare, preferably in a similar role

• A compassionate and empathetic approach to care

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work independently and respond proactively to residents’ needs

• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Current Criminal History check (or willingness to obtain)
