What you’ll do:

• Run engaging activities (arts, exercise, games, baking, walks, events)
• Support residents’ wellbeing through social connection and creativity
• Work closely with care staff to create a warm, inclusive environment
• Assist with personal care tasks if needed

What you’ll need:

• Cert III in Individual Support (required)
• Cert IV in Leisure & Health (or working toward it – a plus!)
• Experience in aged care (preferred)
• Fun, empathetic attitude & strong communication skills
• Police Check & Driver’s Licence

About the Role

You’ll provide personalised care to our residents with the dignity, respect, and compassion they deserve. Whether you’re assisting with daily activities, providing support for mobility, or simply sharing a kind word, you’ll be part of a team that makes a real impact on our residents’ wellbeing.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering safe, effective, and individualised care based on each resident’s needs
• Assisting with daily activities like showering, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility
• Communicating with residents, families, and your team to ensure the best possible care
• Bringing your positive energy and caring attitude to work every day!

What We’re Looking For

• Certificate III in Aged Care (or higher)
• 12 month’s experience working as an AIN within Aged Care, including experience with dementia residents
• Availability to work nights
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Adaptable to change and enjoys working in a team environment
• A genuine desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others
• Have permanent Australian Residency or Citizenship
• All applicants must be willing to obtain a police clearance certificate
