Your Role:

As an Afternoon Shift AIN, you will play a key role in supporting residents’ daily routines and enhancing their quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and evening routines
• Monitoring residents’ health and responding to their needs with compassion
• Supporting the implementation of individualised care plans in collaboration with the care team
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff
• Encouraging social engagement and meaningful activities to promote well-being
• Completing accurate documentation and reporting any changes in residents’ conditions

What We’re Looking For:

• A relevant qualification in aged care or a related field (or working towards one)
• Experience in aged care or healthcare, preferably in a similar role
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and respond proactively to residents’ needs
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Criminal History check (or willingness to obtain)

About the Role

HillView Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team on a casual basis at our Merrimac and Ashmore locations. This role offers flexibility while allowing you to apply your clinical expertise and provide high-quality, person-centred care to our aged care residents. As a Casual Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring the health, dignity, and wellbeing of our residents in a warm and supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering clinical care, including assessments, wound management, and medication administration
• Monitoring and documenting residents’ health, wellbeing, and care plans
• Leading and mentoring care staff to ensure person-centred care is delivered effectively
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and review individualised care plans
• Ensuring compliance with aged care quality standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Promoting a culture of safety, dignity, and respect for residents and their families

What We’re Looking For

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in aged care, healthcare, or a similar clinical setting
• Strong clinical knowledge and critical-thinking skills
• Compassionate and empathetic communication and interpersonal abilities
• A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts – availability for night shifts will be highly regarded

About the Role

HillView Care is seeking a Casual Kitchen Hand to join our hospitality team at our Merrimac and Ashmore residences. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting meal preparation, and ensuring a clean and hygienic kitchen. As a Kitchen Hand, you will play an important role in delivering nutritious meals that enhance the wellbeing of our aged care residents.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with food preparation and meal service
• Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas
• Following food safety regulations and infection control procedures
• Assisting the kitchen team with general duties as required

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a kitchen, aged care, or hospitality setting (preferred but not essential)
• A strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices (or willingness to learn)
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner
• The right to work in Australia
• Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
