Did you know that there are more than 400,000 Australians living with dementia, and without a medical breakthrough, the number is projected to increase to 800,000 by 2058?

With so many Australians and their families and friends affected by dementia, Dementia Action Week is an important time to raise awareness for this condition and create a dementia-friendly community.
