What is diversional therapy?

In aged care, diversional therapists work with residents to design and implement leisure and recreational activities and events to help individuals stay empowered and improve their wellbeing.

Some of our recent events include a Mad Hatter’s Tea Party, Twilight Concerts, celebrations for St Patrick’s Day and World Wildlife Day (where we had visits from some wonderful native wildlife), a visit from a baby animal farm, concerts and much more.
