HillView Care Merrimac can be found in an elevated green pocket of the Gold Coast, directly behind Broadbeach. We overlook Lakelands Golf Course, with views stretching to the iconic Gold Coast skyline. Being just 10 minutes from both Pacific Fair and Robina Town Centre, and access to the M1 just 5 minutes away, we are particularly easy to reach from Brisbane and surrounding areas.

HillView Care Merrimac is an architecturally designed 134-bed home. Each floor, except level 3, features generous, sweeping verandahs.
We offer a range of room types and sizes, including twin rooms that cater for couples, studios and single rooms. We also offer respite rooms for short term stays. All of our rooms come complete with a private en-suite, living area, large built-in wardrobe, and a generous feature window or sliding door to capture our beautiful views. Most rooms also open onto a verandah or terrace.
Our residents enjoy premium hotel-style services, delicious home-cooked nutritious food and a range of fun organised events and activities they can participate in. On-site is our cosy café with great views, a real social hub for our residents and their family and friends. The coffee is good too!

Both homes offer secure, underground car parking for visitors. There are designated areas for wheelchair access.

Respite care is temporary aged care, an ideal solution for Carers seeking a short break but wanting peace of mind that their loved one will receive the best care and support in their absence. Respite care is also suitable for post hospital care, providing temporary support before returning home. We are here for you, when you are no longer able to live independently at home. HillView Care provides a warm friendly home with 24 hour on-site nursing care with all the comforts of home, including your own private room with ensuite, delicious home-cooked meals, in-room technology, and lifestyle activities. You stay in charge of how you run your day and how you’re cared for, just like you would have if living in your own home. Medication and aged care services are provided in the privacy of your room and the HillView team enable and encourage each resident to remain as independent as possible.

Palliative Care
No two people are the same, which is why HillView cares for residents with life threatening illness based on their individual needs. We ensure our residents have choices about how they are cared for and supported, just like they would have if they were living in their own home. We also do everything possible to protect the dignity and independence of our residents. Medication is given in the privacy of their own room and our team support them to remain as active and involved in our community as they choose.
