HillView Care provides a warm friendly home with 24 hour on-site nursing care with all the comforts of home, including your own private room with en-suite, delicious home-cooked meals, in-room technology, and lifestyle activities. Our residents also enjoy a wide selection of premium home-cooked meals fully prepared onsite by our chefs, and are invited to participate in the many events, outings and everyday activities that are organised each week. Your loved one will need to be assessed. The Government’s My Aged Care Service will refer you to the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT). The team will make their assessment and then put approvals in place for your loved one to enter residential aged care. For more information call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422.

At HillView Care we want all of our residents to feel at home and you decide how you are cared for. We are here to support your physical and emotional needs, but encourage all our residents to remain as independent as possible.
If you are an older person who can no longer live independently at home you may be eligible for aged care. As an older person you must be over 65 years or older (50 years or older for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people).
If you are a younger person with a disability, dementia or other special care needs that are not met through other specialist services, you can also apply for residential aged care.
To apply for residential aged care you need to complete an ACAT assessment online.
Residential aged care homes provide a range of services including accommodation, assistance with day-to-day tasks such as cooking, cleaning and laundry. Aged care staff help with personal care including bathing, dressing and going to the bathroom.
Residents also have access to health services including clinical care and therapies and other health practitioners.
